WAITLIST APPLICATION PERIOD IS NOW OPEN

San Juan One Apartments, a 113-unit community with Mutual Housing Management, includes 39-1bedrooms, 41-2 bedrooms, and 33-3 bedrooms, and is located at 5300 Young Street, Sacramento CA, 95824, but it is still under construction and will not be open for walk-in visits.  

Complete the San Juan One waitlist application online starting September 15, 2025, at 12:00 AM through October 21, 2025, at 11:59 PM. An Application FAQ is available for application assistance. Once your application is completed in our system, you will receive an automated email confirming its completion. If you do not receive an email, your application is not complete and will not be included in the lottery.

A randomized lottery will take place after October 22, 2025, most likely in the first week in November. The lottery will assign a waitlist position to all completed waitlist applications. Applicants will receive an email notification of their waitlist position after the lottery is completed. Questions regarding waitlist position will not be answered.   

We process applications in lottery-number order. When your lottery number comes up for processing, you will receive an email notification inviting you to an In-Person Interview. You must respond to the interview request within ten (10) days from the date on that email to schedule this interview. If you do not schedule an interview within ten (10) days from the email, you will be removed from the waiting list. Once the interview is scheduled, you will receive a list of the information you need to bring to the interview and the forms you will be required to sign.
